The personal examples of Vinny Flynn were really relatable and the 7 secrets were very insightful and mind opening. This was so deep! It required me to listen to it again and write down some major takeaways to absorb everything I learned. I'd recommend this to any Catholic who needs perspective on the power of Confession!
